Brooke Robdrup-Kilgour is an Associate Solicitor specialising in children law, including disputes between parents concerning children and cases where the local authority is involved with a family. She is experienced in urgent applications, case management hearings, fact-finding hearings and final hearings.
She also advises and represents clients in disputes between parents relating to arrangements for children, often involving safeguarding concerns and complex family dynamics. Brooke regularly acts in Family Law Act proceedings, including applications for non-molestation and occupation orders.

Alongside her casework, Brooke has delivered training and talks to professionals supporting vulnerable clients, reflecting her commitment to accessible advice and client-focused practice.
